A member of our Customer Service Team will respond to you personally within the next business day.
2. Solution
We can usually resolve any issue immediately. To ensure we resolve the correct issue, a member of our team may ask you for further details.
This means that...
Sometimes we will have to resend or reprint an order (depending on the product), and other times we will give you a voucher so that you can place a new order yourself free of charge. Either way, you will receive your order in the end, but this time it will be correct!
If the problem cannot be resolved:
We would be very surprised, to be honest. It doesn't happen often. In any case, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
If we really can't solve the problem, we'll give you your money back.
